If its performing notes, fred and tracey are great to follow. they are also participating in the papertrail conference coming up in september where they are providing a ton of content on seller financing and performing notes. 

You'll want to confer with local attorney to assess how much liability protection an LLC and especially a single member LLC provides.

Honestly, I think the best part of these conferences is the side conversations.

LLC structure - one property per 1 LLC that roles up to a Holding Company (I've heard that if you have multiple properites in one geographic area that's probably okay) 4 Holding Company is held in a Living Trust I have no input to your location, but check out the STR Law Guys - I've seen them present at a few conferences and its good content. 

They have their groups for doing that, they would get on a video conference and ask everyone to buy when they think "the time comes" for a specific meme.

I was at a lending conference in Orlando this weekend and a fund/lender I know from NY sought me out to ask about a property in the area.

@Brett Henricks - I attended a large DST provider's conference last week, and asked around about Crew to other Investment Advisors...nothing remotely positive was said.
