If the attached property is RSA-5 and you want to go to 3-4 residential units it will be a use variance anyway, you couldn't go to 3-4 residential units by right.

One is a dealer that buys land and places homes on them once entitled. covering all of Central Florida, the other does mostly the same, but is not a dealer.Let me know more about your strategy, are you looking for land and then hoping to go to a dealer and do it all yourself, buy old homes already on land and place new ones..?

My question is, should I focus on paying off my debt which is credit cards and a car loan roughly about $20,000 in total and go to the closing table with no debt with enough for closing cost and a little bit in reserves or should I focus on saving more for closing costs and reserves and go to the closing table with more cash in the bank account?
