I'm looking for some tips/things to note when first buying a rental property, such as closing cost estimations/other fees, process of applying for a loan, when to apply for a loan (make the offer then get the loan?)

I’ve got some big goals for my future, and real estate seems like the best path toward financial freedom.My family and I, a household of six, have been living in an income-based rental home for almost 10 years.

For example I drive by my properties all the time since they are all within a short drive of my home.

What I lease in the area for $2k+ mnth is a heck of a lot more home then this. 

I am striking out finding a lender in NC who will refinance manufactured homes that are investment properties. 

The need for senior living is obvious and growing.Your 10–20 resident home model really interests me.

I don't believe any marketing is getting done on it right now just visibility of it on a main rd, but what are some tips on turning around a RV park and i guess it would apply to Mobile home parks also.
