Some listings will also describe them as “detached townhome-style” or “patio homes”, but the terminology isn’t always consistent across listings.It can take a bit of digging, but they are out there, especially in newer developments where the builder used a townhome layout but kept the structures detached.Hope that helps, and good luck with the search.Great answer here!
