You can count the time spent on your rentals and development work, but not the bar business or the personal portion of your house.

Some listings will also describe them as “detached townhome-style” or “patio homes”, but the terminology isn’t always consistent across listings.It can take a bit of digging, but they are out there, especially in newer developments where the builder used a townhome layout but kept the structures detached.Hope that helps, and good luck with the search.Great answer here!

The appreciation potential here is also strong because of all the development and economic growth happening.

I can’t say it would be a hard no for me but I would prefer a better area both from neighborhood and resale perspective even if it meant a smaller, less updated property. 

The investor develops infrastructure and sells 1-acre lots individually.
