While I’m new to the field, I’ve been diving into books, YouTube videos, and podcasts to build a strong foundation. 

I'm 24 years old since I was 16 I've always wanted to become a real estate investor but I have not yet started due to I just don't know where and how to start not just that I feel like I lack some knowledge            My 'Why':After years of working in the restaurant industry I realized that I need a path where the room of growth is limitlessso I started googling & watching videos about investing   I got inspired and became obsessed with the idea of building massive growth through real estate investing                  But I have been feeling stuck due to I don't know how should I go by when it comes to take my first baby step  I strongly believe that I need guidance in this path   So looking for a mentor to guide me through this journey that I've always wanted to get into  I have not succeeded to find one or at least that's what I think    I'm open for constructive criticism.  

The incident, captured on bystander video and quickly going viral, showed a large group attacking several individuals, with footage revealing racial slurs being yelled during the assault.

New PM has both video and pictures showing that our Field Agent and the vendor attempted to access the property.New PM continuously communicated with the tenant, but they kept receiving refusals to allow entry.

In the meantime, I’d be documenting the property’s condition with timestamped photos and videos from the street every month or so, and researching surrounding parcels in the county property records to see exactly who owns them and whether there are any easements or restrictions attached to your property.Given the vandalism, I’d prepare for the possibility of hostility and factor in costs for legal work, eviction if needed, and repairs.

Luckily, I took before and after photos/videos, so at least I have that documentation if she withholds it.
