IF you know anyone high up the food chain at QB you should lobby them for the changes needed to make it more effective for RE investors :)

Good food for thought. 

I will explain.When I founded our investor services company in 2005, I followed the methodologies that national chains like McDonald's, Costco, and Whole Foods use to select store locations and localize their offerings.

It so densely steeped in reality that it's worth reading 3 times over, haha. 

Citizens can join to serve, get housing, basic training, specialized training, a roof over the head, food int he stomach, a purpose and most importantly skill that will empower and aid them in post service life. 

I also worry that if you stage with too much food stuff, guests are going to expect a cheese board, croissant, and wine waiting for them at checkin ;)  

Things are stacked so densely against walls of the courtyard (consists of walls from the garage, house, and fence) that you can’t inspect the outdoor walls (this was in the inspection report).
