Selling properties is part of the game but you need a vehicle to put them into.

Please don’t be the person who comes into the slow flips group that tries to take advantage of buyer/tenants.

I think RE is a great long-term wealth vehicle but I also think you should do what you know, especially when you are starting out.

There is very little court action around ESA, I know I don't want to be the first person to get stuck with defending a lawsuit. 

Rarely are there claims worth pursuing personal assets.

I can't see how they can tell if days were blocked for personal use or a rental.

When I buy my primary home it has to fit my PERSONAL needs.
