@Mike Dymski - No feedback yet, as I am in a similar boat to you - currently, 3rd party PM handles all of our rentals with AppFolio, but just wanted to say thank you for the assessment as I am looking to bring management in-house and am also considering these three platforms. 

I know @Rene Hosman and @Scott Trench have expressed that transparency and addressing concerns are huge on the platform.

Platforms to use:Furnished Finder is a big one for corporate and traveling professionals (nurses, consultants, tech workers).Airbnb/VRBO can work too, but corporate folks usually prefer something more “stable” than nightly.

I'm glad none of my listings are on VRBO anymore but this is a reminder that I have an inactive listing on another platform that I need to delete.

And they only offer homes in Houston, which really limits things.

No I would not rent to someone with that many prior evictions even if they offered to pay double

Alterra is a company based in Philadelphia that started in the mutli-family and commercial space and built out what I believe is one of, if not the largest IOS platform in recent years.
