The biggest issue is that my two young children are being woken up at night due to the odor, affecting their sleep and overall well-being.Since verbal and written warnings haven’t worked, I’m considering hiring an air quality inspection to provide documented proof that they are smoking cannabis or any kind.

Garbage disposals are just not designed to last a long time and it doesn’t bring the value like other high maintenance items like pools or hot tubs.    

I would say that even in a "hot" market, holding out doesn't always pan out for a better deal.

I'm not trying to be harsh, but "forcing" a deal has gotten me in hot water in the past.

What about hot water heaters?

Anythings on the table for me, Air bnb, Buy n Hold, Small Multi, Student housing etc.

My own belief is this is more likely in a slower market than a hot market.  

Columbus is really hot right now with strong population growth, job growth, and big companies moving or expanding here like Intel, Amazon, Google, Facebook, Honda, Microsoft, and LG, which keeps rental demand high and appreciation potential strong.
