I recently heard AirCover isn't a reliable policy so I'd love to supplement/replace it with some other STR insurance product/company.Which ones would you recommend?

I was able to accelerate paying down the others because I always put down a good amount for the down payment to supplement paying off debt fast.

I do not believe anyone is using your reserve model (including those without income stream to supplement the negative cash flow) but I will admit some (maybe many) are using a reserve model that may be aggressive.
