Did it for a few month the first year of operation and some lady took the whole thing. 

Their team was working on an other project where an older lady had bought and installed a water heater (but it was too large or something) so she needed another new one.

But monthly there are rent/invoices to send out, pay the CAM (auto pay), mort (deducted by the banks -- they really want their money!)

This claim is a ruse to collect sensitive personal and financial information. one needs to watch the American Greed episode on Remington financial they were the poster child.. and a little different scam they went after dreamers looking to do more than vanilla loans.. they had offices in scottsdale and I think MN and appeared very legit but they required 10k non refundable DD money.. which over the course of 20 some years they took in thousands of 10k deposits and made less than 10 loans.. the owners went to prison.. the lady who busted them was Ingrid Robinson and she has a website on DD scammers..

The ridiculous joining fee plus a bunch of estrogen infused ladies not playing well in the sandbox is not my thing.

I do charge a CAM which helps but I am looking for ways to make this rental profitable(hasn't happened yet). 

I was also looking in university city but of course the prices are a lot higher.The lady selling the house has two buildings that she had both rully rented by the bedroom.

I contracted with a lady to make the sign then she had a serious medical issue so it has been all summer waiting, but I want her to have the work when she is healthy, so …   Ideally it makes the stay more memorable for the guests   Bonus if the unit gets tagged on instagram and it results in even a single additional booking  Good luck
