I am not saying that something isn't up but it will be next to impossible for you to accurately determine if there actually was a change or if things in your area are just on the downswing.

@Ben Rosenblum  Its great the airbnb worked out for you and eliminating the 1 night stays is probably the key factor in decreasing hassle. 

So you still have to pay that, and they could be foreclosing next month, and when they do, you get wiped out.Not sure how often someone sues, but it is possible I'm sure. 

And what finally clicked for you?

Bright, evenly lit photos always get more clicks.
