I’m excited to officially join the BiggerPockets community again. My name is Ben Lemer, and I’m here to learn and grow in the world of real estate investing.

I’m still fairly new to the space even though I have been around here since 2017, but I’ve been motivated to start because I want to learn the industry and build long-term wealth

Right now, my main goals are:

• Learning the fundamentals of investing strategies
• Networking with like-minded investors
• Gaining insights from those who are already doing deals

I’m looking forward to connecting with others, asking questions, and contributing where I can.
