i've recently been trying to add buyers to my buyers list and got a strategry from someone and thats to call a title company and ask the residential properties that have been purchased within the last 3to 6 months by non-owner occupant buyers.........i havent been able o come across any good title companies in my area that are willing to give me that information,any suggestions on what could posibly do to get the info fromhem or anywhere?

I have the oppertunity to recieve a better pay rate in other places but i just dont want to go ahead and leave both my jobs if is not posible to get financing before the two year work history a lender would ask for.

How do I go about finding buyers?I found a motivated seller now I need a buyer, how do I find a buyer!?!?

The posibility for apreaction in this area is not great.However the renter population is around 25%.

However I can see that following your plan it would be posible to afford a STR for the time we would be there, paid with the cash produced from owning several properties in the USA. 

Use tans, darker grout as posible, use grout sealer to prevent stains, and use PORCELAIN tile just make sure your patient or keep eyes open for sales on it and store it away when under 2 an sf.

I would like to get a high return anually, but I do not know if in this market is still posible to do it.
