Many will wait to see if the Democrats get control of one or both chambers of Congress to destroy everything Trump has passed or wants passed in the future.

Prop 10 is opposed by Veterans of Foreign Wars, Dept. of California, the California Council for Affordable Housing, Leading Age California, California NAACP, both gubernatorial candidates, Democrat Gavin Newsom and Republican John Cox, and dozens of other organizations who agree this initiative will make our housing crisis worse.

The ability of your ordinary bank to bring fiat to the outer circles democratizes wealth. 

I don't have heavy interests in politics, but the Democratic Meeting I attend in my town are proactive in bringing guests that help in the developments of my area.

@Kenny Lee  totally disagree with that thought process.while strange and some judges are more democratic than others.. the thought that the bench is saving tax payers money by letting dead beat tenants stay in houses is just a pipe dreamyou have to remember certain markets were ripe for all sorts of real estate fraud etc.. and detroit area was one.

Most of what you need to find houses has been democratized outside of agents and the MLS, so what you need that agent for is pre-market listings and the relationships others called out.

Large cities run by Democrats (and increasingly, Republicans) will continue to erode the property rights of private citizens.

The democrats do this for the votes, and no other reason. 

Be the alpha not the democratic bff. 

I believe this could actually be an opportunity for the Democrats to lose a seat.
