We had someone fill out a tenant profile with zillow and they listed 4 occupants.   Met them at the property today and they showed up with 2 young teenage girls and a baby.   Apparently babies are not considered occup...

Most lenders will follow a standard loan procedure such as disclosing a loan estimate, ordering the appraisal, providing underwriting conditions and getting a final closing disclosure before the loan is ready for signing.

Similar to what has been listed, here are the top three pain points I hear when an owner is switching property management companies: 1- Lack of Communication - owner and tenants wait days or weeks to hear back from their PM 2- Maintenance - PM completes repairs without approval and has crazy markups 3- Hidden fees- certain fees are not disclosed up front such as renewal, move outs, etc.

Plus, if he is not disclosing the risk in the “due on sale clause” I would say either he doesn’t know about it or he is intentionally leaving out a pretty important factor.
