You'll do what's right I'm sure, just keep a safe distance...like two magnets, close enough to feel the connection, but not so close you get pulled back into that lifestyle.

I'm getting car magnets made!

I've seen cars in Ohio with advertising magnets on them that are basically roving bandit signs.

If you want someone to hang on to your info for future reference, give them something of value that has your info on it (bottle opener, magnetic sports calendar, pen, etc.).

Selling Agent Commission:  Commissions are negotiable, however I would not be "selling" on a double close, so no agent's commission.School District: This district have three great magnet schools for: Fine Arts (100% graduation/scholarship rate; Elite Academics (IB/AP programs); and World Languages that do not require students to live in any particular boundary within the county.  

Plus, a number of the cabinets were locked with magnetic locks (which we had to remove) and we found that one set of cabinets lead to the wide open entrance into the crawl space!!

Saves a few bucks for aesthetic damage, I have bought 2 fridges that way, put a magnet over the slight damage and no one notices.

I have magnetic signs on both sides of my truck.
