But they have those damn magnets telling guests that 4 star reviews are bad.

@Tom Grieshammer Totally get this, Tom hot tubs are guest magnets but high-maintenance.

So the FB leads typically are cheaper and lower quality and you need to nurture them long term. give them free lead magnets and a have a good followup system in place. create some Youtube content to email to them too, that will help you stand out from the crowd. 

He's been involved with the small business software industry since the mid 70's, and remembers releasing his first commercial accounting software product when you had a one-floppy disk drive system, loading the program from one floppy and then replacing that with the other floppy to hold the data.

There were metal disks, right where they should have been from when it was surveyed back in  the 1880's.

I don't have to ask for reviews, because I have one of these magnets on the fridge, which really encourages guests to give them automatically.  

It wasn't personal toward anyone here, I've been around a lot of guys with a truck, a magnetic sign and a ladder rack who think they are more entitled to what they really are. :)
