As a Michigan native, I love my Lions, Tigers and Pistons, I train as a boxer, enjoy discovering new local restaurants in my area, and going to local events wether to network or just sit back and watch the game.

It is walking distance to lots of shopping/restaurants etc.

Stores and restaurants only have a handful of cars in front of them.  

There’s only so much property in America that’s close to the beach with no humidity and basically no hurricane risk and is within a 15-20 minute drive to world-class restaurants and entertainment.

I talked to a couple of people who do this (fast food restaurants, coffee shops, medical buildings) and it was a large amount of capital needed - pass for me.

Same with Bars, Restaurants, Day Trading, Crypto, Tech, etc......A small minority make the majority of the money.

Especially in restaurants and motels. 

If it costs the price of an entire restaurant to join, you're in the wrong place.
