I use RentperfectThey collect this information and store in there system (most important part) i can login and gather the info should I ever need it at a later time.

Is it ever a good idea to purchase a rental property from the property management company that you are using?

The largest community is 325 acres, has a golf course, banquet hall, pool, fitness center and other amenities.

Plus, you pay 50% of the "Reservations" if your rental conversion doesn't go over 50%.Last month I looked at our Rentals and saw how many come from Sparefoot and turned them off for our largest location. 

I am interested to know if they ever got back to you?  

The bottom unit is a midterm rental that has been booked ever since I started it.
