I've been doing a lot of doorknocking and it almost feels like a cold call talking to people through their ring camera.

The Tenant leads have been very few and none so far that meet my price range at the moment.

Especially if you are buying with other peoples money. 

Sounds like you might’ve just stumbled on something solid, especially if it's actually saving you time and giving you cleaner leads.

Personally, I’ve been testing a system: I generate leads through DealMachine I send a mass email I plan to follow up with text campaigns via Launch Control (once my EIN is finalized)But I’m curious…-Are people having more success with phone calls, texts, or emails?
