Hey @Blake Doersch -  I think more people are in your shoes than you might realize, especially with so much change in motion after college and trying to plan around a partner’s med school path.Have you explored a “stepping stone” approach — something like buying with the intent to move in, but in a market where rents are strong enough that if plans change, it still works as a rental?
