How do you structure compensation and responsibilities so both sides win?

Two fixes would win a lot of borrowers: make appraisals and draws faster and more transparent.

And of course, hard money often wins for speed in flips or bridge situations.What’s been your experience with each type?

I have a mortgage and I am looking at my balance and doing the math the lenders are winning with the interest.

Then ask for specific wins tied to your risk profile: lower points, faster draws with photo milestones, reduced rehab holdbacks, or a rate drop on repeat deals.
