I definitely want to and I definitely want to learn more and everything I possibly can to avoid such trouble like I said in my post though my biggest struggle with that and my biggest hurdle is financial reasons and money I simply do still not have the money to pay a lawyer $500 to 250 to a thousand dollars for an hour even though that money paying for it would be absolutely worth it I am not in a financial position as I am very unemployed I have a terriblest luck with finding jobs I am hoping a real estate investor will see my post and give me a chance to prove my worth to them and I can promise them that I will take care of them and I will pay them when I get the money
