Question for you (more of a memory-refresher, perhaps): If we purchase a property with hard money, enough to cover the purchase and part/all of the rehab, and take a loan from the LLC, as you covered here, to cover whatever out-of-pocket costs we might still incur, would we be able to refinance both the hard money loan and the secondary loan from the LLC?
