Hey everyone, I’ve been spending more time studying the note investing space and wanted to start a conversation with others here who are active or interested.Given where interest rates and property values are right now, I’m curious — how are you all approaching note deals today?

Rather, think about legalizing the space will ensure your property value goes up and grows.

The boating and rv spaces specifically seem to have long waitlists and have crazy revenue potential.

I know of a tiny home space in Boulder County but I wonder how the further out ones do?

Tenants in the room rental space can be challenging, need to pre-vet and develop personal relationships Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

We are in discussions of me becoming a partner and I would like to speak with someone that is currently involved in the space to get a few unbiased questions answered.  

They are surprisingly cheap on Amazon - just size it correctly for the space.

It’s not impossible, but success in this space usually requires building direct relationships with owners and brokers rather than relying on a traditional wholesaler model.
