I have not tried Baselane but I did try Stessa for a few minutes.As an Accountant, I need to be able to make Journal Entries and that is something Stessa does not have so I deleted it right away.For all my clients we sign them up with QuickBooks Online.

Personally my tech stack looks like this:Docusign - signing leases (technically rentredi can do this I think, I'm just too lazy to change)Rentredi - applications for properties, tenant payment platform, maintenance request trackingBaselane - Banking (you may not need this yet with only one property but SO great to have multiple accounts for multiple props)Notion - SOP docs, how to's, general instructions in databases and pagesTango - use to record step by step instructions of specific tasks and link in Notion pages where necessaryI also self manage, and most of my communication is with tenants, handyman, and occasionally banks, so I don't have a great rec for how to most effectively communicate with a PM, however if you have a project database set up in Notion it should be easy to create the steps you want and track how you like Personally,  I am in awe, Docusign is good can you intergrate it to  stessa?

From my experience title companies in community property states require the spouse to sign away their interest using a quitclaim deed if the property is in their personal name.

I use MyRental for fast same-day screenings and I always recommend using a standard lease signed by the actual occupants.On a related note, ALE reached out to me once about a placement but it never materialized.

When I probe and ask if they ever have to close sooner than 10-14 days after signing an AOS, I've never personally gotten an affirmative. 

Since all my peers are already beginning to sign leases for houses or apartments for rent, and I won’t be purchasing a property until the summer, I am just wondering if chances are okay that I will find tenants for this house hack when the time comes.
