May be tasty but . . .  

We had to install a camera to hold them accountable to clean up their dishes. 

Now there is rarely a dish not done.  

I am looking for a washer/drying (for clothes not dishes) that are designed to be installed in a kitchen under the cabinets.I know this is VERY unusual for Canada which is why I am having a hard time finding such a thing, but it is very common in Europe and Asia.I have a very small apartment with no washer/dryer and the cost to run the plumbing and electric is prohibitive so if I can fit one under the kitchen counters next to the sink it would make my life much easier.Anyone know of a model available in Canada?

So it's been a while, and I'm beginning to get a pretty clear picture of total costs, as well as projected room rates and expected income, so I thought now would be a good time to start throwing some numbers out.The total cost paid out of pocket to Homeroom, after the purchase of the house, will be around $24,818That includes about $8,480 for various purchases including furniture, appliances, kitchen stuff - dishes etc , smart locks and thermostats.

Too large to be a normal convention loan, but not big enough to be tasty for an investor that wants some size.

The dish washer sounded like it was at or near the end of its life anyway.
