Very much like a Clayton Morris was able to sell millions in property that never even got rehabbed I am sure many of the investors thought Hey he is a TV personality on Fox News no way he would risk his reputation yet he did and they got wiped out.

I agree with John and Mike, and add some recessed lighting in the kitchen, push furniture up closer to TV with walking space behind and spead out the chairs (unless it's just the photo that makes it look so far away).
