We are selling our former rental homes and would like to finance them to others. 

We are in the process of getting ready to rent out our primary home to our daughter and two other ladies...I am assuming that we will need to change our Homeowners insurance to Landlord Insurance when we move out of the house. 

We are concerned that it's going to be too small for six people. 

We are looking to start with LTRs.

We have done a couple recently so we are familiar familiar with the procedure.

I don't but we are in the middle of refinancing one of the small multifamily properties, so I have the ability to pull out equity to buy him out.

We are close to the historic norms right now, there's no reason rates have to come down any time soon. 

House flip- since we are buying this at a good deal, we already have some equity in the home.

It all started when we asked her to not smoke in her unit per the lease and then she says we need to give 24 hour notice to enter her unit with a written explanation of the reasons why we are in her unit and the items that were fixed.

We are still in the early stages with prepping everything to get ready for the LLC as we are very new to real estate investing and I just want to get it right so it's easier down the road when we get ready to start more once we outgrow this portfolio.
