Sold my real estate a couple years agoand protected myself starting last year bygoing short & going long on gold miners.Sold NEM/GOLD for a profit today,and shorts keep going up daily for now...Since you can't short Real Estate the only strategyI know of is dollar cost averaging so you can refi.down your debt as the Fed announced 100 basispoint drop coming this year, and listen to Mark Cuban,"live like a student" or Elon Musk, live at the office...
