I’m here for support, brain storming and strategies that some of you guys have used.

Also, @everyoneonthispost over the past few days Ive gone to banks, looked at peer to peer lending, brainstormed some other things....

Also, one of our future enhancements that is high on our roadmap is a Payment Request feature to send an invoice/request for a misc. payment so that is something we have already started brainstorming on.

@Dawn Anastasi @Joshua Dorkin I'm really interested in joining or forming a video roundtable / mastermind to get to know and brainstorm ideas face to face with other members on a variety of topics.

I'm brainstorming on the expense side this evening, and I'd be interested in hearing turn-around stories from properties you have purchased, tips or tricks you apply to your individual properties, or any other broader concepts that have helped you control the expense side of your investments.I just purchased my first duplex in July and am currently renovating one of the units.

The problem is the circuit breaker and water heater are both in the garage.Just brain storming at this point.
