I don't think it is the same as marketing a pair of sneakers or a soda.

I recently sod a package of about 2 dozen homes in Detroit and buyer found squatters in a handful of them.

I suggest if you're going the "bleach & baking soda" route you spray the affected area let the bleach settle in for 24 hours before you scrub at it.

No charge for the actual meeting, but you are required to spend $3 for coffee/tea/soda, or purchase a breakfast for $12 to attend.There are a few other groups here and there in KC, but MAREI and Winbury's group have been the most consistent over the last few years.  

Look into cleaning with strong products or a vinegar and baking soda mix the windows and doors, specially the frame area where it might not be painted.

Using your stubby pencil - calculate gross income from all income sources - rents - laundry - soda machines, etc.

Tenant may be able to keep drains clean and clear with regular maintenance by pouring down the drain a quarter cup of baking soda followed by a half cup of vinegar.

Watch out for companies that love to stiff agents too, agents doing BPOs are easier to find than a soda can on the side of the road and the market treats you as such.
