Realtors can also search sold, pending, expired, and terminated listings where I don't think you can in most public MLS websites.One other big difference is access to listing brokers comments on the property and attached documents along with the home owners name and phone number.

Account ClosedHouse hacking is a little different than regular rental properties since it isn't always easy to get positive cash flow on a duplex with a new purchase carrying a loan...The only way to look at it is cash flow if both parts are rented, assuming you can in your area.

I am completely out of the stock market now due to correlation with oil and am going to set up credit lines everywhere I can in advance, including more esoteric things like credit lines secured by the cash values in my life insurance policies.
