Most likely.On the surface though if the BRRRR strategy does qualify it could be a great vehicle to building wealth through OZ's. 

Question, is it better to by a flat surface top or one that has heating coils instead?

It does seem like a good deal on the surface.

However, we put granite/quartz, stainless appliances and hard surfaces in most of our rentals and we see great results. 

Over the course of the next 6 months I'm already converting the carpet to LVT flooring, countertops to Solid Surface, fuse boxes (yes, fuse boxes) to breaker boxes, and numerous other repairs/upgrades.

In TN:  replacing the surface boards on a deck and was told that the 4 inch by 4 inch posts were no longer in compliance with code so we should replace them with 6 inch by 6 inch posts. 

Maybe feature that more prominently.The radiators and surface wiring don't make a good impression, in my mind.

Some will have too much shade, face the wrong direction, have an unsuitable roof surface or not enough room on the roof, etc.

ON the surface that appears to be a reasonable deal.
