Most people from warm climates don't believe me that there are nice winter days but their are!

Google the company name Climate Smith, you would see his contact info there.

I look for properties that are:1- near major places of employment that is relevant to todays business climate 2- Close to Hospitals 3- Close to Universities 4- Close to Transportation (Major Hwys, bus, train and ferry services).

This is very nice in cold climates so you don't end up with frozen pipes and other damage. 

This may work in certain climates or seasonally, but I've ran into issues with it during "in-between" seasons where both cooling and heating was needed, so I ultimately just turned it off.

Some unexpected costs with the front enclosed porch really hurt but it is now climate controlled and extra living space.  

Hello All,I am aware that seasonal climate may sometimes be a determining factor when renters are deciding whether to move and when potential home owners are considering purchasing a residence.

I believe windows will be a much larger deal up in the cold climates than down south.

This is common throughout Houston Area and much of Coastal Bend TX.Houston area will continue to grow (jobs, population, size) factor in housing costs that are >25% below the National Average, a very temperate climate, business friendly environment,  and it will continue to draw people and business from all over.

Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the business climate here.Then consider, what if I see none?
