No, guns are not evil, Evil people are evil and they just happen to use guns for evil.People see what bad wholesalers do, and they then label the entire wholesaling strategy is bad, or dumb in this case.What I am fighting so hard for people to understand that wholesaling is a legitimate and sustainable strategy.

Obviously wasn't expecting a curveball like everybody got with the pandemic, but I certainly didn't cross my arms, quit, and label everybody who what's further along the road in real estate investing as greedy rich heartless animals!

@Khaled KhouryI grew up in Canada (N Alberta and BC) and I still miss the French labels on food.I think you could make a good living investing in real estate in almost any State.

The last turnkey co. that I work with is trying to sell me a house with K&T wiring and labeled it as turnkey house :) LOL , the other one is selling 4 BR house while title is only having three BR.Some indicator of good turnkey co. : they have a process in place and did an independent inspection prior selling it to us.
