It's a garden.... they aren't trying to build a deck and patio out back.. it's soil and seeds.

Kitchen- corelle, service for 8 only ,  extras will disappear, and use plastics- no one is not going to rent long term based on what is in the kitchen cabinets (students break glasses!). 

All are plastic wheeled carts, and you have to roll them like 15 feet to the curb by 6am on collection day, and take them back at the end of the day.I have tried various approaches with mixed results.Allowing it to overflow results in trash being thrown into the wrong cart, or stacked outside, attracting possums, raccoons, squirrels, lizards, stray cats to rip them apart and cause a mess.Do you leave it to the tenants to work it out on some rotation schedule?  

Plastic surgeon has a plumbing issue in his house and calls a plumber for help.

They had no patio, now they have pavers. 

I make a plastic tray out of that thicker clear non-adhesive shelf liner to protect the cabinet from leaks.  

They gave me a large plastic bag what holds 50 lbs of quarters (it is some sort of security bag), I weigh out 50 lbs of quarters, fill the bag, drop them off at the bank about 3 times a year, they credit my account $1,000.

We had one of those plastic kiddie pools that we used as an "exercise pen."

It looks in decent shape, has 4800 miles, but has scapes in the plastic on one side where it looks like it was dropped.

We now do quarterly inspections of our properties to make sure tenants are not painting, changing light fixtures, installing backsplashes, staining kitchen cabinets, spray painting the patio, etc.
