Some neighborhoods to look into are Aviation Sub, Bagley, East English Village, North end, Morningside, Jefferson and Chalmers, Grandmont Rosedale, Rosedale Park and many other pockets. 

for me its my morning routine of coffee and one screen on my emails and funding docs coming in from the east coast and the other screen on BP,  then my aviation site I like.. and like now when I just came back from a Vendor dinner in Indy to check.. for a few minutes before bed.. 

My background is the aviation industry, with a degree in engineering.

I love that.. cooking recipes  how to fix things.. lots of aviation and fishing and other stuff that interest me.. 

Upcoming and desirable Detroit area's like Morningside, Warrendale, Fitzgerald, Aviation-Sub (8 mile area also super hot as of late) etc etc (keeping a few secrets to myself) are oozing with some of the best rent to value ratios across the land not to mention COC ROI’s.

the old pilot in me is trying to figure it out.. since aviation is all 3 and 4 letter short cuts.I think most of the short cuts you guys use these days is lost on me. 

I like Denver because it has a nice diverse mix of different industries: health care, tech (IT-software), aerospace, aviation, bioscience, energy, construction, financial, telecom, manufacturing, etc.

I have been in Cleveland for almost 6 years now since moving here for my career in aviation and I am fairly well versed on far east areas in Lake and Geauga counties.

:)A more appropriate one for me is the:Get Smarter App :)I just love aviation.. so I have to pay for the privlage.. but if I can get say 8 to 10 transcon round trips on the G 4 for 15k.. well that to me is a no brainer....
