We could sure use a 3b with some pop who doesn't also strike out like a mad man as we seem to have neither (connor g puts the ball in play but has the power of a pitcher, Matt Davidson has enough power but strikes out like he was getting hitting lessons from Adam Dunn).

The most common split I've seen in similar situations where the JV partners intend to rehab and flip the property is a 50-50 split for smaller deals (~$250K) and 60-40/65-35/70-30 in favor of the money man as the deals increase in size.
