That is your opinion and your entitled  to that but  that is false in my experience .

I feel like by saying go big or go home, it’s giving newbies false hope and setting them up for failure.

I am not an attorney - but logically;  this idea just has to be patently false.

@Jason Howell  now GENERALLY speaking it has been a sales tool that has been used to give false sense of security to investors.. they will skip over some issues in due diligence etc and rely on this guarantee.. there is one thing to say pay a few months rent in the beginning but a full blown year long gurantee is really risky on the TK companies part..but I will let Chris chime in he is the expert at this..

Two, being an engineer can sometimes allow you to have just enough false confidence to create headaches for yourself.

And since the LLC is owned by a married couple in a community property state, it can still be treated as a disregarded entity.So I pointed this all out, said the buyer had provided inconsistent documentation and made false statements to me as lender... and said I couldn't sign off on the seller carryback under these circumstances. 

., that could have given people a false sense of security and propelled them into poor decisions.

The argument that it is 1 extreme or the other is a false narrative.

There is an avalanche of disinformation going round on SubTo, the vast majority of especially the self-proclaimed "Guru's" of SubTo are with INCORRECT information on it all and selling FALSE promises and pretenses.
