Note: This is instilling more fear and discomfort with this statement.Note: If you have never seen a home inspection done, you should call a local home inspector and ask to witness their next inspection so you can obtain an idea of their thoroughness.Note: This statement is reinforcing the idea that it is better to sell to you than take their chances on the open market.REI Statement: “I know that on average I spend about $2,500 in repair items besides termite control, roof certification, wiring the smoke detectors, reaching minimum standard requirements and other usual costs, and that’s just an average.”

See – you wouldn’t even need to bother updating your roof, putting in new smoke detectors and a bunch of other things you’d typically be required to do when going through a real estate agent!

I see a driveway in the photo, and the snow is not going to remove itself.There appears to be a backyard from the photo, and the grass won't mow itself eitherYou haven't included water/sewer - Lowell doesn't have wells in that area, I'm pretty sureThere may be common area electric for smoke detectors and outside lights, and if the basement is not part of a unitFind out whether there are common areas to heat.So if you want something that cash flows once you have moved out, this won't be it.

If they did make an appearance then we have to give them another 3 days to respond to the complaint.Since he did not Appear or file any Response we were granted Default Judgement on Jan 9th.Jan 9: Motion for default for failure to appear is granted.Big win but its not over yet!!

You would have to have the owner of the property file a motion for a hearing with the creditor and bankruptcy trustee, to get permission to sell the property, essentially removing it from the umbrella of the bankruptcy.
