The eviction moratoriums are the bigger problem--not because landlords are anxious to evict, but because it creates an unlevel playing field that leads to a problem with willingness to pay, as seen with the various rent strikes called for by some on social media and elsewhere. 

The downtown/midtown areas definitely attract the most visitors but they also have tons of established Airbnbs... striking the right balance is kind of tricky. 

At a min: strike price, opt expiration, and date of execution.

Harb  not all paid for education in the real estate industry is bad out of hand.I know I have paid for training many times over the years. in niche's I needed to bone up on.what strikes me with this particular deal is as stated the suggestion of rich's beyond what most of these folks can imagine.. also your the lucky one to get in our club now send us 15k and pay 197 a month so we know your serious..

One of the things I noticed is that the furnace will have a smaller diameter input, so a reducer is used, and there is also a tee and at least three inch drip leg; those are all going to be "hard pipe" pieces - so maybe at that point it is better to stay with hard pipe (I believe it is less costly).And hard gas pipe is not going to have the same vulnerability with lightning strikes as with CSST. 

I personally moved out, but within a striking distance of DTLA and I never looked back.You can check out Koreatown,  Boyle Heights and East LA, northeast LA if you want other value buys near the city.

Funny part is that first "nugget" is most often the smallest most insignificant "strike" but wow, the feeling of it, after all that work, it's like it's a Volvo sized.

Then on the other end of spectrum I see the work aholics with their 60 hour or more weeks with money and migraines but little to no fun in life.Then there is that tiny percentage that has the secret sauce where they work so many hours and cap it but also make a lot of money and get the most enjoyment out of everyday.

That strikes me as really strange.
