So if you are interested in attending, vote on this post or send a quick reply so i can get a count of interest. we have a coffee shop in the old market willing to donate their space and my wife is going to be the volunteer barista, so there will be no cost for entrance , i just encourage you to get a coffee or a pastry/snack just to help the owner! 

This will pass over time as people give up or when real estate markets cool. 

Green fees, cart rentals, snacks, restaurant, driving range, pro instruction services, apparel and equipment sales, banquest rooms, liquor - just to name a few.I have no idea if they are a good investment or not, but I would venture to guess they are, just look at how many there are in this country and around the world for that matter!

Because many of the homes look similar in Baltimore, an investor could very easily pass over a deal that is in a prime area because it's simply mislabeled.

She's also selling candies and snacks to neighbors like it's a conveience store.

Over last year we have had the sewer backup 4 times-1st Time   Contacted local  company to snack drain. 

The brewery itself might not add much to the job market, but if it is anything like Treehouse by me, it adds a lot to surrounding businesses with food, road snacks, etc because crazy people drive hours to get good beer.

There may be a company that does some kind of profit-sharing, much like snack vending machines.

The only food they ever served was light snacks.
