Best VC success stories out there for Raising Seed Capital?

Starting out on a new venture in Nevada, any advice on good sources of Seed Capital that may be exclusive to Nevada?

I am soaking up the Immense amount of knowledge available especially on Bigger Pockets!

Maybe you get a rookie, maybe you plant the seed in the mind of the officer that it is criminal.   

Farmers plant seeds by getting to understand and address prospects’ needs and wants.Farmers nurture a prospect by helping her meet her needs, wants, goals, etc.

Soak up his knowledge.

Did anyone here invest in Patch of Land's seed investment a few years ago?  

Starting to have some discussions with turnkey providers and trying to soak up all I can here on the boards.One thing I'm wondering about is whether it's possible to access a lot of data pertinent to de-risking investment decisions.For example, one of the big question marks it seems is how good and headache-free your property management company is.

I am soaking up every once of knowledge I can get.  

Main focus at this point is to soak in as much as I can on the topic of RE investing, specifically multi family while at the same time connecting with as many investors as possible.
