If you have other liquid assets like stocks, IRA’s, Insurance ect then it’s a golden opportunity IMO assuming you have underwritten the deal, the area, and believe it will stay at least where it’s at or appreciate and you can rent it easily.

Cut free of your "golden handcuffs" with the minimal interest rates on these properties and sell them all (or the biggest headache properties) and do a 1031 exchange into a bigger property or package of multi families where the cash flow is better, numbers make sense, and you can streamline property maintenance and management rather than having 6 different single family homes.

If it truly is turnkey, you're not dumping money into it yearly to fix things that should have been fixed initially by the turnkey, and you're cash flowing/returning what you want, then you're golden.
