Hi Jackson,I'm not sure if Zillow has a ground operation in bunch of cities or if they just use publicly available data to populate their site.

A classic example is Jackson Ave area of the Evergreen area.  

(And I worked briefly for both Clos Du Bois and Kendall Jackson 25ish years ago, during two crush seasons.)
