A dead christmas tree got pushed around for six months before it finally ended up in MY yard waste (I didn't complain because I was tired of seeing it too) for example.Prices are high right now and we are probably going to see a recession in the next couple years.

In the winter time it's a small percentage slower than the summer time but still lots of movement into the area during Christmas break so the kids can be in Katy ISD by spring. however what I will warn you about is the type of market that Houston and especially Katy is in right now.

Up high in a building, but not too high because long elevator rides are boring.In an area with things I like to do that are close.With reasonable parking available for guests when I entertain.And a rooftop pool, hot tub, lounge area would be nice.Plus a community workout room, and some kind of storage available for things like off season Christmas decorations, and etc...

No heavily processed foods, (chips/dip, fast food, cake, pie, ice cream, soda, white flour/sugar, canned/frozen foods,juices) I cheated alot over easter, and christmas, so it happens.
