@Jason Andler If your building has an attic the ice dams could be caused from lack of or poor insulation in there.

So whatever income is generated from renting it, is just icing on the cake.We like PPB because of its 7-day minimum (not to get mixed up with Point Pleasant Boro that has a 30-day min). 

My expenses have grown at a rate greater than inflation and rents over the last 10 years and my kids don't have any expensive hobbies like hockey.

It is definitely a “scam” that ice makers cost 40-50% of a new fridge and 80-90% of the service calls are ice makers. 

On investigation, I  found a mass of ice the width of the kitchen wall, and about 18 inches thick at the second floor level where the water had fed it for quite some time.

Anybody can keep tracking interest rates and value development/appreciation, even though the latter is helpful icing on the cake.

Just give them the report that says 20-25 degrees is all it can do. lolAmazing that so few know that the north and south pole were at one time ice-less, and that glaciers created the Grand Canyon...

And I used this to break the ice but also emphasis the fact that all that jazz is just BS marketing, because it is.

Install a fan in each room and drink Ice water..

From that point on I made certain there would be no more ice makers.
