I have.Does a PM pick up a tenant from work and take them to a doctor for an emergency procedure? 

A doctor wanted to take his money out of the stock market and buy something "safe" he doesn't need to worry about and maybe he will move into.

He is the Doctor who examined both "Abe" and "John Wilkes Booth."

For example, a large family vacation home owned by a doctor or executive for the past 20 years that could use some sprucing up. 

This will cover transportation costs back to the US for anything major plus other medical.Non life threatening issues in Second and Third world; setting broken leg $50; MRI scan $200; Hip replacement $15,000; Chinese Acupuncturist $10/hour; US trained doctor $50/hour just because he wanted to talk with someone from the US; Prescription drugs being over the counter from Pharmacist cheap, etc.

Of course anyone that would "buy" a property for 5K and then "fix it up" needs to have their head examined.well that was what Clayton MOrris did he bought houses for 2 to 10k said he would rehab them but did not then said doctors and nurses would move in to live there.. 500 to 700 people bought into that story line.  

So that was my point to this hedge fund manager how are you going to do it when all those that came before you could not  what do you see that others dont.And to me it was the Clayton Morris pitch  IE we rehab better than anyone else and we only put in doctors nurses police and firemen.. :) when in fact in those areas 90% of the signatures on the leases are unmarried females..

But I do question giving up being a doctor to be a full time real estate investor.

Don't let the "Dr." salutation fool you, her "doctorate" is an Ed.D. in education leadership, not a PhD or a medical degree.These so-called "doctors" seem pretty adept at ignoring common sense and hard data. 

Go to doctor that's specializing on that.
